Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 2026. This is a template, not a dated legal document.
These Terms & Conditions govern use of the MediMate platform and this marketing website. By using MediMate or requesting a demo, you agree to these terms.
The service
MediMate provides software that helps a pharmacy operate a WhatsApp-based ordering, prescription-review, and invoicing workflow. It is commerce and workflow software — it does not diagnose conditions, prescribe medicine, or approve a prescription-required order without a pharmacist's review.
Your responsibilities
The pharmacy using MediMate remains responsible for the accuracy of its catalog and pricing, the qualifications of the staff who review prescriptions, and compliance with the pharmacy and consumer-protection laws that apply in its own market. MediMate does not verify or certify pharmacist credentials.
Acceptable use
The platform may not be used to sell controlled substances outside applicable law, to misrepresent stock or pricing to customers, or to bypass the pharmacist-review step for any order that requires one.
Availability
The service depends on third-party infrastructure (WhatsApp, hosting, storage) outside our direct control. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and the platform is designed to hand off to a human staff member when an automated step is unavailable rather than fail silently.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
